Pastor Robert accepted Jesus as his personal saviour and washed off his sins by the blood of Jesus at the age of 17. Jesus intervened in Pastor Robert’s life and stopped him from ending his life. He spoke to him, answering his questions. He is baptized by the Holy Spirit and by water. Though in the secular world he has a Bachelor of Engineering, he is to complete a Graduate of Diploma in Theology. His life has been full of Miracles, and God by His divine purpose called him into the ministry. He is serving the Lord as the Pastor of The Ekkaallam Church founded by him in February 2013, Wellington, New Zealand. His wife Christina Baskaran serves the Lord through the Sunday School ministry. Their son Aaristarcus Baskaran serves the Lord by interpreting the sermon from Tamil to English and also in the worship team. Pastor Robert delights in the Word of God and thrives to build the Church in the spirit of Worship, Prayer and in the Word of God. He is determined to reach out to New Zealand and ensures that the Church is washed by the Word of God and placed spotless before our Lord Christ in his second coming.
